Through the Bamboos I Walk

Through the Bamboos I walk,
Admiring them all,
Tall and small,
And I see them leaves,
Flying in the breeze.
Through the bamboos I walk,
looking at a butterfly fluttering along side me,
how pretty it all is,
Through the bamboo I walk.

Snowdrop

Hey little snowdrop standing there
Your petals shone so white and fair.
Your stem is gentle and green as ever
Your leaves are greener than any others.
Your bud was small with a touch of colour
but now you've bloomed and have six petals so white
That you out in the garden,
so pretty and bright.
When you grow old and withered and frayed
Fear not! because next summer again,
when the sun touches you with is warm rays
You shell bloom in this garden once again!

Accident

The long and winding road ahead
was blocked by nothing we're sure we said.
But alas there was a dog
or perhaps it was a big hog.
And it cam running at us
the car crashed and broke-down but not us.
A few people came rushing to help
in the end a tow-truck came
We reached our destination by mid-night
Oh! what an adventure our journey became!

Thunder,Rain and Lightning

The lightning flashed like a light house and the thunder rumbled in the distance. I walked with my dog in the night and enjoyed the rain pattering onto my face. The leaves shook the water on to the grounds the wind whistled through them. The buildings towered above us, while the little saplings peeped out from under the grass. My dogs ears flapped wildly in the wind, but her feet trotted hurriedly against it.

My lovely Teacher

Sweet and rosy in the early morning
she comes to school looking so charming.
She teaches us everything she knows so wise
Including that we should not tell lies.
We would do our best to please her on week days
and on the week end look forward tho the next school day.
We would dance around during free play
and on holidays we studied on holidays anyway.
Her hand flew over the black boards dress
and she drew as well as a bird makes a nest.
As we write at our desk
she'd walk past us and smile at me and the rest!

Looking at the Sky

Come with me and I will show you the night sky
where a million people hang after they die
They are gleaming like jewels for you tonight
and at us they will smile
As we lie in the grass and look at the night sky!

Breezy day

The beautiful leaves
Brown and Green
Now and then hitting the window eaves.
And the lovely trees are swaying in the wind
Having all the fun
While the clouds play hide and seek with the sun!

Goodbye to the Summer

Sitting by the fire
looking at thinks in winters sleepy blur
having already said goodbye to the summer
and now the leaves are beginning to stir.
The monsoon had come when the leaves were aghast
at all the rain but now that's in the past.
Looking at things in winters sleepy blur
I had already said goodbye to the summer!

The Wondrous Nature

The tulip does not know
the difference between a sepal and a petal.
Unlike the Buttercup very wise
who loves to dance in the sunlight.
And she learns the suns wisdom every day
until she knows everything and every way.
The mushrooms dwell in the shade of the trees
And they are lower plants so they have no roots and no leaves.
The Lichens can live for a long time
without any water and they don't drink wine.
From moss some babies diapers are made
and on the babies bottoms the diapers are laid.
The violets do not grow in the woods so dark and deep
they grow from tiny seed .
Some plants in a hurry grow from a bulb quite large
like an onion, a Tulip, an others so fast.
Other plats grow from a seed so hard
A sunflower a buttercup and in a tree called Cigar.
So you see , there are different kinds of plants
each has a wonder of its own
and when you're in nature withe them
you never feel alone!!!!

Beagle

Jaws and paws
with little claws.
Nose to the ground
tail up like a hound .
Digging the mud in every little mound.
Her ears are alert to every little sound
And her tail wags when a bird is found !!!!
