Aphrodite was born in the sea. But the wind pushed her to the shore Where the smell of the sea lifts through her nose And flowed through her body right to her toes. Three nymphs were there to give her a carriage of gold so bright That you could barely see it against the light. They were drawn by doves very white The took her to the Olympian Gods, Who made her one of them Lords! 13 March 2021
